About PSY-Record

PSY-Record is a system designed based on practical experience in clinical psychology practice. It has been developed as an intelligent tool to support the efficient and professional management of mental health service client data, accurately track the progress of each case, and provide a smooth user interface that facilitates data organization and quick, easy access. The program does not provide direct diagnostic or therapeutic services to patients and is not a substitute for clinical assessment or the professional judgment of the practitioner. Its role is limited to supporting information management procedures and professional follow-up activities, while the responsibility for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and all professional decisions remains solely with the psychiatrist or psychologist using the program. The program provides automated statistics regarding the clinical psychologist’s activities, such as the number of sessions conducted and client distributions based on their responses to the psychological services provided. The program operates without an Internet connection (Offline) using the Microsoft Access database engine. It applies data protection measures to the entered information, including data encryption, to help maintain client privacy and confidentiality. The program is provided with a free 30-day trial period. After the trial period expires, the program license must be activated on the user’s device by requesting a license activation code, which is provided after payment of the applicable fees. Client data entered through the program’s interfaces is stored in the PSY-Record Database file located on the user’s device. This file can be copied and transferred from one device to another and connected to the program interface installed on each device, provided that the program license is activated on each device.
