License activation steps
1- Please fill out the form below, and wait for a response from technical support. If the response is delayed, contact technical support via the official email address (contact@psy-record.com) or the program’s WhatsApp number (+201556192212)
2- After receiving a response from Technical Support, you are required to pay EGP 3,000 within 24 hours, using one of the payment methods listed below. This payment is required to complete the process of obtaining the license activation code. Please do not make any payment before receiving a response from Technical Support.

3- Once the payment has been completed, the user will be provided with the activation code within 24 business hours.
Attention !!
- The license activation code you receive is valid only for the device for which the request code was submitted. Therefore, make sure that you have submitted the request code for the device on which you intend to activate the program license accurately. We do not bear any responsibility for errors resulting from the user submitting a request code for a different device than the one intended for program license activation. Please pay careful attention before obtaining the license activation code.
- Keep the license activation code you receive in a safe place, as it is required to link the PSY-Record Database copies to the device license.
- Store the PSY-Record Database file on a secure hard drive other than the drive where Windows is installed, to avoid losing the file and the license. Also, make sure to keep regular backup copies of the PSY-Record Database file.
-Any changes to the main hardware components of the user’s device may later require a new license activation, which can be obtained by following the same steps after paying the required fees.
